Dispute resolution
We aim to resolve complaints directly via email. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but we will consider doing so where appropriate.
