This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited and restricted uses of ProductWrap AI. It supplements our Terms of Service.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for everything you upload and for how you use generated images. Do not submit content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, or other third-party rights. Do not use the service to create misleading, unlawful, or harmful material — including deepfakes, counterfeit depictions, or advertising that could deceive consumers.
If your input or use violates law or third-party rights, you — not ProductWrap AI — bear the legal consequences. We may suspend accounts, remove content, and cooperate with lawful requests from rights holders or authorities.
You may not use the service to
- Upload content you do not own or lack rights to use (including copyrighted product photos without permission).
- Generate or distribute images that are illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that depict violence or exploitation.
- Misrepresent products, create deceptive advertising, or infringe trademarks or intellectual property of others.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt our systems or third-party integrations.
- Circumvent payment, abuse free trials, or use the service for automated bulk generation without our written consent.
- Upload malware, or content containing personal data of third parties without a lawful basis.
Content moderation
We may review uploaded content and generated outputs where necessary to enforce this policy, respond to legal requests, or protect users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP.
